Community Coming Together for Education
Families, supporters, and members of the FCI community came together to support our Back to School initiative and help prepare children for a successful school year.
Supporting Education Through School Supplies | 2024/2025
Future Children International provided school bags and essential school supplies to children in Sierra Leone, helping students begin the school year with the resources they need. Through the continued support of our donors and community, we remain committed to creating better educational opportunities for every child.
School Supplies Delivery – Milentash Primary School | 2024/2025
During the 2024/2025 school year, Future Children International supported students at Milentash Primary School through the delivery of school supplies and essential educational materials. This initiative reflects our continued commitment to supporting children’s education and helping provide students with the resources they need to learn, grow, and succeed.
Donations of cloths items
Presentation of gifts donated by Miss Satto Kobba was done successfully on the 12th November 2021. The children were happily received and appreciated the gesture from everyone who involved in this exercise. Many thanks to God for bringing us this energetic young Barrister to think about FCI as one of the beneficiary. The presentation was done by Abu Rashid Kanu and Omaru Calla Kamara.

Donation of School bags by an Experienced Registered Nurse with a demonstrated history of working in the health and wellness industry. Skilled in Community Health Education, Diabetes Lifestyle Coaching, Personal Enrichment Leadership, and Team Building. Strong healthcare professional with a Bachelor of Science from NC A & T STATE UNIVERSITY. She is one of the top donor of FCI.
$8,000 for 2026-2027 pledge to purchase a Van to transport school children to and from schools. Current means of transportation for children is via bikes, where in one bike will carry 4-5 children without even wearing helmets. Such activity is very risky and dangerous.
